Excited to share that Place Design Management has been appointed as Retail Design Manager for Deicorp's Marquet & Mary development at Rhodes, opening in early 2027.

Located in the heart of Rhodes, Marquet & Mary will bring together a vibrant mix of retail, dining and everyday amenity, creating an important new destination for the local community.

As Retail Design Manager, PDM will be working with Deicorp and the incoming retailers to help shape a cohesive retail environment, ensuring each tenancy has its own identity while contributing to the character and experience of the broader development.

We're looking forward to working with the project team and seeing Marquet & Mary come to life over the coming months.

Another exciting project for PDM and a great opportunity to make retail the hero.
